Description of Service

FeedLine is a SaaS platform that enables users to schedule, cross-post, and AI-generate social media content across multiple platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and publish through FeedLine. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. FeedLine and its logos, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

AI-Generated Content

FeedLine offers AI-powered content generation features. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

Refund Policy

We offer a minimum 14-day refund window for eligible paid subscriptions or other paid Service offerings. If you request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, we will process the refund in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and any required payment processor rules. Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be denied unless a longer period is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time.
